We are hiring for a Night Shift Operations Support & Training Coordinator. This is a permanent role and a very important member of our night shift team.
This is a Monday-Friday role, 40 hours per week. The hours of work are 4.30pm - 1.00am during the packing season (between February and October) and day shift hours (normally 6am-2.30pm) as rostered during the off-season.
In this role you are key in supporting our people to be set for success and supported for the duration of their employment here at Rockit.
This might include people who are with us for a long time or a short time but are part of the Rockit crew ready to get the best out of their work experience by being well trained and ready for action so that our fantastic miniature apples get to our customers around the world in top condition!
In this role your work will be focused on our Packhouse Operations and your tasks would include:
- Coordinating compliance and base role training
- Managing a database of training records
- Working with subject matter experts to update Standard Operating Procedures
- Supporting Operations by working closely with the Shift Manager on people and training needs
- Supporting People & Culture to onboard and oversee people processes
- Helping the shift celebrate successes!
What Rocks You
We are looking for people who:
· Like working alongside people to build their capability
· Have experience in a training role, recruitment, or onboarding
· Computer literacy – Microsoft intermediate level
· Organisational skills – you can prioritise, multi-task and take instruction
· Be accurate and have good attention to detail.
· Be cooperative and a positive team member.
· Love apples and will protect them from harm through great hygiene and handling
