Marketing Communications Coordinator

The Role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Communications Manager, this role is fixed term parental leave cover. The role supports the marketing team across a range of marketing functions and projects, with a particular focus on internal communications as we work towards our goal of becoming the world’s most loved apple brand.
Rockit Global Limited (RGL) has multiple export markets and a significant growth trajectory over the next 5-10 years, so this role provides a great opportunity to build your communications and marketing skills and experience as the company expands. Key responsibilities include:
· Manage internal communications including newsletter, Rockit intranet updates, printing and video requirements
· Lead sponsorship activities and processes
· Support grower communications, recruitment campaigns and Rockit events
· Deliver in-house design requirements including internal and external presentations and documents
· Support external communications, media releases and PR
· Coordinate branding for signage, buildings and uniform
· Undertake other marketing support and administrative functions
Skills and Experience
· Marketing and communications experience and qualifications
· Strong writer with attention to detail
· Skilled in IT including experience with Microsoft Office suite and Canva - InDesign and Photoshop desirable
· Project management experience and organisation skills
· Experience with social media platforms
· Administration experience and willingness to turn your hand to varied tasks to support the marketing team and wider business
