Are you hands‑on, detail‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced logistics environment? We’re seeking a Dispatch Assistant to ensure our premium product is dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

Rock It With Us

As a Dispatch Assistant, you’ll play a key role in preparing pallets and product for dispatch in line with customer, market and export requirements. You’ll work closely with our logistics team to keep product moving efficiently and safely.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ensure pallets and labels are correct according to order specifications and loading requirements
  • Stack, de‑stack, label, and secure pallets 
  • Inspect product for damage or mislabelling prior to palletising
  • Accurately update and input pallet information into our software system
  • Assist with container dispatches and general dispatch activities
  • Support loading and unloading of trucks when required
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively with coolstore, supply chain and production teams

What you’ll bring

  • Capable to safely handle packed cases up to 17kg (up to 2.4m high)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate computers skills with and systems and Microsoft excel
  • Ability to consistently follow SOPs and work instructions
  • A team‑focused attitude with clear communication skills
  • Flexible to work additional hours and Saturday’s when required
  • OSH Forklift Certificate (desirable)
  • Experience in a logistics, or dispatch environment
  • Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes
