Rock It With Us

As a Dispatch Assistant, you’ll play a key role in preparing pallets and product for dispatch in line with customer, market and export requirements. You’ll work closely with our logistics team to keep product moving efficiently and safely. You don’t need to know everything on day one — we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a willingness to learn. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Stacking, strapping and labelling pallets correctly
  • Checking orders to make sure the right product goes to the right place
  • Looking over product for any damage before it leaves
  • Entering information into the computer system
  • Helping load and unload trucks and containers
  • Keeping your work area clean and safe
  • Working closely with the logistics, Coolstore and production teams

Skills & Experience

 What you’ll bring

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 17kg and stack up to 2.4m high
  • Good attention to detail — you notice when something’s not right
  • Basic computer skills and willing to learn new systems
  • Able to follow instructions and stick to processes
  • A team player who communicates clearly
  • Reliable and willing to work extra hours or Saturdays when needed
  • Forklift licence and dispatch/logistics experience are helpful, but not essential
